Houston PBS Education Crisis Forum

In the public school systems of the Greater Houston region, the dropout rate is high and there are growing concerns about quality education and funding. These are troubling issues for a metropolitan region seeking to distinguish itself as one of the best places to live and work in the 21st century global community. HoustonPBS, in partnership with the Center for Houston’s Future, Houston Community Newspapers and KUHF Houston Public Radio, presents a discussion on the future of public education.

Farah Lalani of our team was involved in the production and on-set assistance of this town-forum, which aired April 2010 on Houston PBS, channel 8.
